Common fixes

  • My pins aren't showing up on the map
    Make sure you’re on the right organization in Account → Switch org. Data is strictly scoped to the active org — reps in multi-org setups sometimes land in a different tenant than they expect.
  • Follow-up reminders aren't firing
    In iOS Settings → Notifications → Knockhaus, confirm notifications are enabled. You can re-run the priming step from the Account screen.
  • I'm offline — where does my work go?
    Pin drops and disposition changes are stored locally and flushed the next time you’re online. A pending-sync indicator is on its way; meanwhile you can keep working and catch up when you hit wifi.
  • I want to delete my account
    In the iOS app, go to Account → Delete account. We sever access immediately and permanently purge your personal data within 30 days.
  • How do I invite my team?
    Account → your 7-character org code. Reps download the app, choose “Join an organization,” and enter that code.

Status & changelog

We publish operational status and release notes inline on the product. Major incidents also go out by email to org owners.
